Tick each step as you complete it. Hair oil is already applied; shaving is planned for tomorrow.

Today's next step

If your hair oil has been on for about 30–60 minutes (or the time recommended on its label), shampoo thoroughly. Skip the scalp scrub unless your scalp needs it and the product is suitable.

01 · Hair care

Apply hair oilAlready done today. Scalp scrub (optional)Only use a scalp-specific product; skip if itchy, inflamed, or irritated. Shampoo and rinseWash out oil; repeat only if necessary. Dry hair gentlyPat dry; avoid vigorous rubbing.

02 · Face and lips

Gentle face washCleanse without scrubbing hard. Face scrub (today only)Use gently only if skin is not sensitive or irritated. Do not use after tomorrow's shave. Lip scrubOptional: use a very gentle lip product, without rubbing cracked or irritated lips; apply lip balm afterward. MoisturizerFinish with a gentle moisturizer; use lip balm on lips.

Today: skip the face pack and face mask. Avoid combining several exfoliating products in one session.

03 · Body care

Body washRinse thoroughly and pat dry. Choose one: massage oil OR body polishing oilFollow the product label. If polishing oil is part of an exfoliating treatment, skip body scrub today. Body moisturizer, if neededUse on dry areas after bathing.

04 · Prepare for Sunday shaving

Check clean razor and shaving cream Keep after-shave balm readyAfter shaving tomorrow: rinse, pat dry, apply a gentle alcohol-free balm. Usually choose balm OR lotion, not both.

Fitkari/alum is optional and can sting or dry skin; safest to skip on freshly shaved or irritated skin. Avoid face scrub immediately after shaving.
